Today's News and Weather Report

Yesterday and today well dull, dark and rainy. Yuck. It's supposed to be nice later on in the week though. ::hopes:: The furnace seems to run constantly. I am writing some and trying to finish a few things.

My little dog is not feeling well (see under the cut for animal care details.) Talked to Auntie; she is ok, and so is Uncle. Maybe next week I will be able to go and see them for awhile.



My little dog started feeling bad yesterday -- bad stomach and icky poop (which stinks far worse than cat poop, let me tell you right now. egad!) and some puking as well. Today she seems a little better but still, puking and nasty-smelling poop. If she isn't a lot better tomorrow, we are off to the vet. *sigh* As it is right now, I would have had to take her to a different vet, who would have just give me stuff and tell me to take her to her regular vet on Monday, so just... yeah. And since there is no blood or broken bones or anything extreme, tomorrow will have to be ok.

ETA: Just finished washing her backside. Ewwww. Not fun but necessary. Anyone who has a long-haired dog will know what I mean. At least she is small enough to shove under the tap (using warm water only of course) which helps but her she got wet up to her knees and on her belly. Of course, she is smaller than a cat, so... just yeah. The good news is that her backside seems (and looks) normal, so it probably is really runny poop.

I need many *many* drinks now, especially since *I* seem to have started sneezing. More joy.
