Aww, (((Huggles))) maybe you should see about your shoulder. Mine tends to get problems when I lift several liters of water in bags, so maybe you did something without really knowing.
The best thing, if it's muscular would be to find some-one who does deep muscle therapy like my uncle, where they press deep into and sometimes under the muscles. It can hurt, but the results are quite amazing. That is, if it continues and becomes a problem; quite likely it will go away on its own. ((hugs))
