Baby Kitten Update

Yay, I finally saw 'em! :) They crawled out from behind the deep freeze (and from under a big cabinet), and LeeAnn scented 'em right off! Her barks took on a whole new note so I went to look and there they were. The gray tabby is little-bitty and has no tail but the solid gray and solid black one are about twice the size of the tabby. The gray one has a tail but the black doesn't have one. I think those are the only ones, though there's always a chance one was still hiding. I'll try and look better tomorrow. In the meantime, I put cardboard up so that they can't crawl out and maybe get chomped by LeeAnn when I let her out at night. Mama can get around fine, though. LeeAnn was very upset w/me because she *knows* those are really baby mice in disguise, and LeeAnn is an excellent mouser. But as long as she can't see/hear them so close, they should be ok -- *and* I will get some sleep!! I'll probably post more kitten news tomorrow.
