Video Camera to Film
Apr. 28th, 2006 11:06 pmMore trivia ahead.
Today, I connected what I learned about a new video camera, which is surprisingly affordable: Panasonic AG-DVX100. What makes it so wonderful is that this camera allows you to shoot at 24 frames per second. So that means that I can edit it on the computer, and then get it printed straight onto film stock.
Off to check it out. Of course, it will probably be the price of a newer car but at least *looking* is free.
NOTE: This little number is for *serious* film geeks who are into making movies. On eBay I saw 3 listed and they were all in the $2,000-3,000 range. Way out of my league but tres tres cool.
