OMG! That women is first too old to be reading those books! And second I also hope fervently that it is removable, otherwise I consider that a form of child abuse! (and I cannot see any tattoo artist actually agree to tattoo a baby, so yeah it must be stick on.)
Oh, there are a lot of Twi-moms out there. ::shudders:: And I don't know if the tat is removable or not; I can easily believe that a parent would tattoo an infant. :/
I think it's the whole "tramp stamp" that bothers me the most. I guess I can understand the whole costume fascination, and face-painting but this just looks wrong. (To say nothing of the fact that poor kid is now immortalized on the internet... I would have hated my mother forever if she had ever done something like that to me.)
