Waking Up Is Hard To Do

I am up way too damn early since I was up till the wee hours of the morning talking to C. about many many pleasant and enjoyable things, none of which I remember clearly right now. But it was fun, right? ;)

And just why did I wake up, you might ask? Because there were yowling cats right beside my head [one on the outside of the screen window, the other inside the house and sitting beside the screen], which made the little dog freak and start barking in my other ear. *SIGH* Yes. What a lovely start to the morning. So now I am thinking it might be a good idea to go and see if I can salvage another hour or so of sleep.

Back later on I suppose.

I hate it when birds sing in the trees near my window - they start at some unearthly time in the morning.

The birds are entertaining -- they also act as a pleasant alarm clock. :)

Otoh, yowling cats and barking dogs do not/are not, lol.

The birds start singing at 3 am in the morning here because that is when it gets light. If I lived nearer the equator they would not wake so early.

I am going to buy them all plane tickets so they can go on holiday!
