1) Reply to this post, and I will pick five of your icons.
2) Make a post (include this info) and talk about the icons I chose.
3) Other people can then comment to you and make their own posts.
4) This will create a never-ending cycle of icon squee!
And yes, I do change my icons occasionally.
A lot of mine have hidden or double meanings so here goes.

I call this one: "the House of the Golden Flower" -- for obvious reasons. :)

My "Sunset" icon. There is an amazing series with that title; this is my small tribute. ::bows::

The Two Trees (Telperion and Laurelin) of Valinor. I use it a lot in discussions about the Silmarillion.

The "Celtic knot" icon is a gift. It indicates one aspect of my family background and also it's timely for St. Patrick's Day. (Hooray for green beer! XD)

I call this "self-portrait" since I don't want to use the word "avatar." >.< Just... yeah.

I identify the feline as your 'avatar' or since we loathe the film, we should go with self-portrait :)
PS. Inglorious Basterds - Guess who won in the best supporting actor category?
4. I asked about this icon when I saw you using it :) One day you will have to tell me all about the significance about the icon.
3. I love that icon. It is the only credible icon of Two Trees that I have seen on LJ, I think. I remember that you used in the first 5 chapters of Red Dew and all the chapters of Rule of Six.
2. [Happy teeth flash] I know the icon! I know the icon! I know the icon!
1. Yes. A certain Elf-lord [coughs, coughs, turns Plot Deflector shield on]
