Summer Solstice

Also, it was Father's Day. I went to Hastings and visited with Auntie and Uncle, then off for a fast snack and just messing around. Scored a *humongous* bulletin board at Goodwill for $4.50, which I can always use. One I use in the laundry for stray socks, one in the kitchen for all the different recipes I use the most often, one beside the computer desk for all sorts of odd notes on paper... you get the idea. Also snagged a few books and t-shirts (I know! I know!) Tomorrow I will go back and see if I can somehow manage to score the really cool bathroom mirror that was there, though it will probably be gone by then. *sigh* Pity, I knew I should have gotten more $$ from the ATM.

It is also hot and humid and sticky. Meh.

Time to go and work on fic, I guess.

Guess what hubby was travelling and my girl was so upset we didn't celebrate father's day. But then I forgot all about it too and wishes dad only after my bro called me to remind me :)
