I think we will be having storms come up soon. It's darker than it should be at 8pm and I've just had that 'storm' feeling all day. Add a nice cool breeze coming in, and just.. yeah.

So once again, just to let you know -- I will probably be offline sooner or later.

4) The Scented Pleasure Garden -- whitewave (Why yes, I am very keen on gardening -- how did you ever guess... ;)

Sadly, most links to my pre-2006 'fandoms' are still (hopefully!) languishing on their old hds, where I have yet to access them. And many -- far too many -- fics and sites have disappeared entirely. :(

It seems like it. I know that there have been quite a few from my XF days that have either disappeared (or in some cases, merge with another larger one), so I'm sure it happens with a lot of other fandoms as well.

I only know - let me see. Well, ff.net (which I don't read on, as no adult) LOTRFF.com, where I read Esteliel's work, the Silm Writers Guild and oh, SoA, which I don't read either, as no adult and no slash.

I usually check ff net to see if I can find links that might have been overlooked. So many stories seem to just stop, and yet I have the feeling they might well be finished elsewhere, if I can only find it.

I do read the other archives you mentioned though and I look on places like SoA and HA as possible reference sources and links.
