Discoveries I Have Made

Yes, it's an actual post! With words, even! No memes, no macros, no piccies -- just plain words. So, what I have discovered...

a) I can no longer wear chapstick because my cat Lucky is determined to lick it off of my lips. Erm, yes. I love you angel, but kitty kisses on the lips are a definite no-no.

b) The reason for my computer being mysteriously "off" for no apparent reason in the past few days is (once again) Lucky. I was just sitting and reading my f-list when I noticed her stretching her paw to dab at the power button. And she hits with enough force to turn it off! And here I thought I was going to have to send it back (it's still under warranty).

The weather is cold and rainy out today; in fact, there is snow in the northern part of the state.

Now, it is time to go and hibernate once more.

Ah cats! Aren't they great! Aren't they a pleasure to have around?? What would we do without them. Live would be sooo boring. No one to steal meat and saucages, no one to climb up boards and closets, throwing off all the stuff crammed there. Have lived with cats for more than 20 years and much as I'm certain to never take one in again, I know, I couldn't stand to live without one of the furry monsters *ggg*

Oh yeah, I know what you mean. No shredded paper towels or kleenex, no odd crashing sounds in the middle of the night, empty boxes would remain empty... Life would be very boring indeed. :)
