About Today

Today I had an appointment w/the attorney. Yay. A lot of stuff needs to be done and the clock is really ticking on this one. Despite everything, I think that this might work out better for me in the long run. We shall see. Though it's weird how things seem to happen that way.

I stopped in to see my aunt and uncle. I am so not impressed by where they are at; then again, it's where Mom had to stay shortly before she passed and she did not like it at all. Plus my aunt had me look up things in their appointment book/diary, and I discovered that they had their obits written out and paper clipped to the back of it. So now I am even less optimistic than I was before.

I am hellish tired, and I am going to go and sleep. There's a lot to be done tomorrow.

some people like to be prepared, my mum has planned most of her funeral because she doesn't want other people to have to fuss.

Perhaps. They're downright secretive about things though and for these bios to be so easily found/available, it just makes me think that there is something they are not telling. *sigh* I wish I could be more optimistic.
