la_samtyrToday was actually pretty nice out, a lot nicer than I thought it would be -- so I washed another big quilt so it could dry outside. It's all nice and clean and dry and being slept on by kittehs.
Wrote a long overdue letter to K.
Looked for a hammer but no luck. I will probably find several later on but I need at least *one* **now** so I can tack up the cardboard in the door.
Didn't do too much else today though. I think I am still feeling the effects of the sleeping tabs I took the other night.
Interestingly, there is a heavy line of tornadoes (yes, you read that right, *tornadoes*) that is on a diagonal from OK City to Chicago. Good grief! :/ Just goes to show that weird weather happens at any time.
The Golden Globes have been canceled due to the writer's strike.
No other news, so I am off to sleep. Niters!
