la_samtyrThe wind showed up right on time last night, about 11:30-ish. It really blew hard and fast until almost 1pm today which means that the roads (which were slick to start with) ended up like polished glass. Ugh! So glad that I didn't have any real shopping to do today. It's cold too.
Got some of the last cards sent. Package to K sent at last, due to the fact that I had everything ready to go and then misplaced the box... feh. I doubt if it can get to LA by Monday but at least it did get started. [And Sue, I finally managed to get your *official* card sent today -- your package ought to arrive first but who knows?]
The kitties are all doing well; their incisions are healing nicely. Just another week of them being parked in the bedroom... poor bedroom.
No other news for now. Back later on maybe.
