So, I am looking at the discontinued videos at the local grocery store this morning, seeing what goodies are to be found, when I overhear the following conversation between two high school kids:
Student 1: Did you hear about Harry Potter?
Student 2: No, what?
Much whispering ensues, punctuated by "ewwwws" and "no way". Louder whispering follows, and then this gem:
Student 2: But he *can't* be gay. He's too old. I mean, anyone over thirty doesn't even think about sex! They can't even *have* sex!
So there you have it, sibs. For those of you over 30, you are obviously asexual beings. And for those of you who *haven't* reached 30 yet, enjoy it while you can, kids. Your days are numbered.
