My New Desk! :)

Yes, I finally have my new computer desk up and mostly organized. I am having wonderful fun deciding what goes where; best of all there is plenty of room for my 2 laptops and mini-size dvd player. I also have oodles of space for my old "plam" and it's cradle, also room for cradles for my cell phone(s) if I ever get that organised. We shall see. Of course, there are some big differences, which is mainly in how I have my bills and receipts set up. There is also no easy place for me to put my wall calendar now, which is kind of awkward. I will eventually get it all figured out. My cats and my little dog are going crazy exploring; there is much to be sniffed and inspected before they grant their approval. Such major changes are not to be undertaken lightly! *And* they were not consulted first, how very thoughtless of me! Oh yeah, I even have shelves in the side, which will be perfect for storing my dvds and stuff.

And the modem is working for now. Not sure for how long though so I had better post this quick before it goes down.

Congratulations! New furniture is always so fun. :) I hope you're better than me about keeping horizontal surfaces cleared - I don't eat at my kitchen table because it's always buried under old bills needing to be filed, junk mail needing to be thrown away, etc.

BTW, I got myself a new plam - this is brain #3. Yes, brain, because I can't remember ANYTHING on my own anymore and have to write down everything in the plam.

My old one wasn't completely dead, but the battery was only lasting at best 3hrs between charges. Very annoying with how much fan fiction I read on it! So I've given the old one to my friend who has never had one, and went and purchased myself a new brain. Back up to 8hrs of use between charges so only needing to charge about 2 times per week. Yay!
