Banana's Foster

Serves: 1

1 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Brown sugar
1 Banana
Cinnamon to taste (I usually use a teaspoon)
1/2 oz. Banana liqueur
1 oz. Rum

Melt butter in a skillet. Add sugar and mix well. Slice your banana in half, lengthwise, and add it to the skillet. Add cinnamon. Add in banana liqueur, rum, and ignite (don't lose an eyebrow). Baste banana in sauce, while it's still flaming (seriously, dude, eyebrows). Cook for 1-2 minutes or until flame dies out.

Serve over vanilla ice cream.
