Mostly About Kittens
Jun. 22nd, 2007 07:22 pmBecause face it, all my posts about weather and such has got to be *boring*. So on to the little furry fiends. XD
There are a total of 6; 5 of them male. =/ Yikes! Only one female, black with some white (on her throat, a 'bandeau' on her chest and on the lower belly), w/o any tail at all (what the Manx fanciers call a "rumpie"). She's one of the older ones. Her brothers are marked in very much the same way, and they have full tails. The three smaller males all have full tails: the black one is marked in much the same way as described above while the other two are nearly solid grey except for maybe a few white hairs on their throats. All 6 "nurse" on their moms though *why* their moms allow this and don't hiss at them and bat them away to wean them, I have no idea. They are all litter-trained and pretty well spoiled for house only. I am hoping to get them outside more because they need the fresh air (and I need to clean the house w/o the help of six sets of paws!).
And yes, there are storm warning out again for tonight. Not surprising; it's hot and humid and I am sweating like crazy. Meh. Back later on.
Oh yeah, some of the local puppies are supposed to be in the NHL draft; one of 'em might even go in the first round! :D Here's the link in case you want to look 'em up:
