Election Day (NE Primary)

Well, there wasn't much to voting today--"we" only had a city council seat up for grabs; I am told the *big* ballot will be in November. I also took Mom and also Cotty B. down to vote--that's my civic duty "good deed". Jenny took her mom, Ruby G., to the polls. Remind me to send for absentee ballots (for Mom, anyway) in November please.

Errands today in Hastings; other than that and voting, I didn't get much done. Oh yeah, Robb stopped by w/FSA papers to sign as well.

Other than that, I have essentially been off-line all day long. Withdrawal! Arrrghh!!

We are in some sort of storm warning/watch; I should ask Zu how things are in GI. She's my early warning system, it seems. But really, GI gets weather about 30-45 mins. ahead of us. The wind is picking up now, so I am going to do some writing. Maybe I really can write that best-seller... ::dreamy sigh:: yeah...
