Progress At Last ?

Well. All this time I had been waiting on the surveyors and title insurance to be finished so the sale can be done, and that has been waiting on the purchase agreement to be signed. O-kay... That part was not clear to me. I thought because of the way the land was being split up, that the surveying had to be done *first*. Anyhoo, now it looks like we can start to make some progress. I have no problem w/signing, I just didn't know that was what was expected. (Well, I kinda did but I was always dealing w/land that was already parcelled out). Damn, I could have done that yesterday. But at least the lawyer was nice and apologised for not making that clearer in his letter. And so it goes.

I visited with my aunt in Hastings yesterday, probably the last visit I will have with her until the weather gets nice again. Today was nice but damned chilly out.
