Checking In

I finally got my car back last Wednesday -- such a relief! The bill, however, was a big one. :/ I spent most of last week (including yesterday) running errands and trying to play catch-up. Yikes! It really is had having to rely so deeply on cars. Not that buses, trains, etc. are perfect but it would surely be nice to have that option!

Thursday, Friday & Saturday were actually nicer and warm (especially Saturday) which improved my mood. But today, it's back to cold, with a possible blizzard. Ugh!

As a result of my car repair bill, I have no idea when I will get my main computer fixed. What is even more frustrating is that all it probably needs is just a through cleaning but it just has to wait for other bills to be paid. I'm still using my old Vista, though I can only use it sparingly. I have to rely on the library computers for the most part. Oh well, that's just how it goes, I guess.

So please don't worry, and forgive me if I am not very responsive these days. It's not intentional.

Yeah, this is really nasty! Most towns are listing a snow emergency, several county courthouses are closed, and even some libraries! =( To say nothing of the schools, of course...

Good that they worked out what was wrong with the car, not good about the bill!
I hope you can get your computer sorted out soon.
