Oh, that's fabulous! Actually, in many of the places I used to live, it was a requirement that ghosts be reported by the realtor. Rather odd, I always thought, but it could be a selling point for some people.
Really? I know it's more common now that a house is listed as a "stigmatized property", i.e., murder/suicide, drugs, or haunted or other infamous houses like house in the Amityville Horror. (The house where Sharon Tate was murdered has been torn down.)
On a side note, I think that there are other laws if a property is on "geologically unstable" land. IIRC, a couple bought a new house in California and invited friends to an open house. One of the guests was a geologist who promptly asked them: "Do you know your back yard is part of the San Andreas fault?" No, they didn't and it ended up in court and now sellers have to disclaim such things.
