Baked cabbage steaks

1. preheat oven 400
2. wash and remove outer leaves trim stem off
3. cut 1 to 1 1/2 inch steaks
4. brush both sides with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper both sides
5. bake 30 to 40 minutes

I like mine at 40 min so edges start to brown delicious and calorie friendly
