Just hearing that Carrie Fisher has died.

Also reading on BBC that Richard Adams (Watership Down) has died too.

Is it possible to get a do-over on 2016?

I thought Richard Adams died years ago - so that was a surprise.

Poor Carrie - yesterday our news said she was out of danger. Her dog, Gary, will miss her terribly.

I know. I feel sad but not bad about Mr. Adams because 96 is a 'good' age. (I thought he died years ago too -- odd isn't it?)

But Carrie -- damn, she was just a few weeks younger than I am. :(
