Cats Are A Blessing

FYI: I'm focusing on black cats this month because of Halloween -- and black cats are especially vulnerable because of evil humans.

On a much happier note, I am owned by multiple kitties, one of whom is black. Her name is Ninja. :)

I love all cats really. But lately there have been a lot of very solid black (with very few markings) and/or tuxedo cats around.

I'm insofar not happy with the saying, as it's never a good idea to just pick up a cat and take it home - it might be sorely missed by their owners. ;o)
But I'm getting the meaning, of course. It's bitter to hear that this is still an issue these days... hereabouts, black cats are fairly common and no difference is made, with the exception that red cats are rare and seem to be the stars - but the rest is equally well-liked. We didn't have truly black cats ourselves until two years ago because none came our way, but now Borka and Mattis say hi to your Ninja. :D

My cats have all shown up at the door and adopted me. I've had a wide variety of colors (and 'attitudes'! lol!) over the years too.
