Cooking Survey

Just for fun... what spices, condiments, etc. do you find necessary to have and/or keep on hand? I'm trying to restock and while I think I have most of the essentials, I'd like to know what else might be needed. Suggestions please. Thanks!

Garlic and ketchup and soy sauce are the only ones that I actively use. Aside from salt and pepper. And the dry onions that come in spice bottles because I enjoy being lazy like that. I'm a strange bird.
