I was hoping to find the video where it shows how clearly Sindarin is based on Welsh but it eluded me today.

It's such a complex language in terms of pronunciation, but our English syntax is based on it. Welsh is the reason we form our sentences the way we do.

Look at Welsh towns and street names and you can see Sindarin all over.
