Today's News and Weather Report

la_samtyrToday is simply a gorgeous day outside. Sunny, warm with just a hint of wind -- quite unlike yesterday when it was cold, dark and super windy. (I think some gusts were over 60 mph, irrc.) What a change, right?
I went to church today since my friend R. invited me as her guest. We've been chums since our cradle days (almost literally, since we 'met' at about age 2 or so.) Due to RL stuff, we haven't been together as much as when we were in school but the friendship has always been there.
I've been sitting outside with my little dogs as well, so they can get some quality time outdoors. I read a book until the barking starts sounding a bit loud, then I bring them back inside.
Tomorrow I should hear from the computer guy and know when he can make a house call. As some of you may already know, my desktop still is not working right and I have way too many issues trying to type on my laptop. (Cats prancing across my desk, for one thing. Make that mostly. *sigh*)
