Some Good News

la_samtyrI actually have money again. Yes!! Not much but enough to replenish my cushion and hopefully I can soon build up my super-secret piggy bank. I did splurge a bit on the food budget; otoh, spices and such are things that you don't use a lot of or very often but when you don't have 'em period, you're pretty well screwed.
I was also able to pay off the vet bill in full--which, as large as it was, I probably should have broken it into payments but I have more business to conduct w/that particular vet and I'd rather that he didn't think I was just going to keep racking up a bill and only paying tiny amounts. So now I have a clear conscience and can take Lucky for her shots and hopefully make payment arrangements for the spay/neuter project.
More tomorrow, I need to get to sleep now.
