The only thing on your list that I sometimes do is the fast food, so I guess I'm already doing pretty well. I can speak from experience, though, that I find the listing pretty easy to stick to...
As I am already dairy and gluten-free, and have a daughter who is ultra health-conscious and informs me about the why's of not consuming this or that, I do most of these as a regular routine anyway.
Except for bagels (white bread), I don't eat anything on that list. It was a struggle at first, but now I don't miss junk food or sweet stuff at all. Good luck with the challenge! :)
I pretty much do that already. The only thing on that list I eat on occasion is chocolate, and that's less than once a week. Chips are hard, but I don't keep those in the house.
