Today's News and Weather Report

Once again, hot. Ugh. I overslept yet again which was not good because by the time I woke up it was too hot to really *do* anything. :/ In addition to my cold, there will be company here tomorrow -- or I should say, they will pick me up and we will go do something because they are allergic to cats. (How they expect to be un-allergic to me, when I have cats hanging around and on me most of the day -- and night -- I do not know. *sigh* Go figure, eh?)

In other news, I am still going the humongous heap of paper and shredding what can't be recycled. A lot of it is old bills, etc. from before 2000, so it's nothing important. *Except* that everything has to be gone through to make sure there are no stray family photos, etc. that managed to get snagged in there somehow (they always seem to, you know) -- or money. I have found $3 in bills and a bunch of change so far but little else.

So I will be back sometime later tomorrow, not sure when.

I loathe going through old paperwork, I try to get rid of everything, made considerably easier by the fact that I can now stuff things in the shredding at work.
