Here's what I would do. Brownie mix but swap the oil and water amounts. I did that by accident once and it makes it more of a cake than the gooey brownie. Peppermint candies crushed up and mixed in to ... oh maybe a cream cheese frosting? Then roll it up, frost it with a choc frosting, and sprinkle with shredded white choc. Would white choc clash would the cream cheese? I don't like white choc and don't eat it so not sure how that would taste. Maybe use a white choc frosting in the middle instead?
Search the recipe archive of your choice and trust for "swiss roll", "jelly roll" or "cake roll", and pick one that features chocolate, strawberries and peppermint. Or take the basic recipe and add berries to the buttercream and chocolate + peppermint flavour/syrup to the dough. There you are ;)
I am definitely going to be experimenting with this one. Of course, my diet will be wrecked for the next month at the very least but oh well, we must suffer for "art" right? ;)
