I wonder what the police were doing there to hear the first scream. They heard the scream from inside the house and just happened to be there? Sounds fishy to me.
I imagined that a neighbor called in a complaint at first but the girl's tv must have been excessively loud. Can tv volume now be *that* loud? IDK... Even so, it does seem somewhat odd.
