Help Please

[la_samtyr]

I have been trying to import from el_J to Dw, and I keep getting this message:

Your entries have failed to import and will not be retried.
XMLRPC failure: couldn't retrieve anum for entry at /home/lj/cgi-bin/ljprotocol.pl line 3952

Any idea why, or how to fix it? is anyone else having this problem?

I get the same problem. I decided it wasn't that important for me to import and left it undone.

I like the idea of having a backup. I suppose I could do it by hand but sheesh!

Backups are handy. I back everything up daily offsite using Mozy.

Basic Mozy is free, so well worth your checking into. Love that program!

I haven't bothered to import mine yet, so I don't have an answer for you. But I think you should contact Support at Dreamwidth. Everything I've heard about them is that they're actually helpful.

Yes, I'm hoping to hear from them. With luck it can be fixed soon.
