Probably. There's something about it that is too "organized" to indicate a feral colony. Though I could easily be wrong... Animal hoarding is a genuine problem and (iirc) a genuine mental illness. Now me, I know enough to limit my indoor cats to three (and one barky little dog) while the other cats are allowed on the porch only when weather is bad -- or as the mood takes them, lol.

Yeah, really. A part of me itches to fix it all up though, and see that those kitties are properly cared for.
