Ah this blissful developement of language, when words get an overall different meaning. Don't know how old you are, but maybee you know this song from school or playground "For we are happy and gay". We had to sing it over and over again in our English lessons LOOL

No, we never learned that song. My great-grandmother was always talking about a local men's club that was called "The Gay Blades" that was quite popular before Prohibition, and I wonder now just what sort of club they really were. ;)
