There was a six-part series on a few months back here called Apparitions, about a priest who was an exorcist. It was actually brilliantly done, the possessions, etc and the big story behind it. It certainly freaked me for a while, and if Exorcist is anything like it, I could not watch it, I would not be able to stop thinking about it. :\
