Yup, I have a mini-cold/allergy that is mostly located in my right sinus. Yuck! I also have a bad headache as a result, so it's off to use my old tradition, hardly-ever-fail folk remedies to cure this. I just knew being in a lot of a/c would bring this on, I just knew it. (But damn, it was sure nice to be cool and not melting for a change -- and I'm paying for it now, as always.)

Mostly hot green tea with honey and ginseng, and also homemade chicken soup.

I use green tea and also black chai tea. If I have a cold or sinus infection, I inhale steam from a bowl of hot water, preferably with Vicks in it, - takes a while but it clears the passages in the end. It is only a temporary relief but good if I am planning on doing some sleeping.

I'm actually less sensitive to fans than I am a/c. It's usually massive amounts of a/c that trigger these stupid colds.
