It's Monday -- feh. Not a good day for me. Tomorrow I will spend $$$ on what should be a $ fix-it, and all because the damned driver's door lock is jammed so that I can't close it. Yup, the driver's door just stays open -- which means I cannot drive it if the door is open. It should take only a little bit of know-how to make the damned thing go down so I can shut the door but as usual, I fail. *SIGH* Definitely not a good day. So I had to call the car repair shop, arrange for a tow and have an idler arm and brake pads as well, 'cause fuck it all, if I have to spend $$ for a freakin' tow, I may as well go whole hog and spend $$$. Feh.

I really wish I had an option, I don't need to be spending this money right now. *sigh* But here if you don't drive, you are stranded since there is no bus or train service. (No-one, but *no-one*, wants to share rides either.) The only option is a handi-bus that is reserved for retirees only -- which leaves me out, of course -- that runs twice a week.

money & car pains - I hear ya, honey. When I took the car in for an oil change, I had them check the clutch & brakes. It cost to have them do that, but all is OK. For now.

*sigh* Yeah, it's a necessary evil. Plus they might have to do a major fix on the door latch, though I sure hope not... :/
