Today's News and Weather Report

It rained. Yuck. I can almost literally see the grass growing. ::head desk:: I will have my hands full keeping the grass mowed.

Summer called -- her phone has been going to some other app rather than her usual voicemail, so I missed the chance to put some things on her garage sale. *le sigh* Damn.

I went through a bunch of old junk mail that had piled up. It seems like there should be some sort of recycling available for it, though I have no idea exactly what. I pulled everything that had a name/address on it to be shredded, and put the other elsewhere just in case I hear of a way to recycle envelopes and other promotional material -- especially since they don't want it in with newspaper. ::shrugs:: It seems like splitting hairs to me when I know that the newspaper 'promo' adds are now allowed to be recycled with regular newspaper as well.
