Still Wicked Cold

Even though we are now in single digit temps, tomorrow promises to be icky *again*. Because of the weather, I am now driving to get the mail (obviously, *after* warming up the engine first) and then just letting the car idle while I run inside to grab mail and then over to the store to pick up milk or whatever. Since the weather is so cold, I feel no guilt about doing this; it is merely an alternative to driving into Hastings or whatever, so the point is rather moot right now -- especially with such low temps. I really cannot afford to let it 'just sit' in this weather. My little dog insists on riding with me and she is quite diligent about guarding the car while I'm busy with errands. Oh yes, she is quite fierce, my little ChiPom is. :)

Time for a nap, I guess.
