Progress

It finally looks like I will be getting some things done after having to wait over two years. The bad part is, I have to get rid of my "hole card", so to speak, in order to accomplish it, which pisses the hell out of me. But there doesn't seem to be any other way. I blame my aunt for this, she's an f'n witch and had to keep yapping about it till she called it into being. So I hope that she's f'n happy and satisfied now. Even selling it is only going to bring half of what it's worth. At least the guy I'm selling to is going to do his best to keep me happy, 'cause I still have the whip hand and he does *not* want to see just how fast I can work myself into a rage. It's the "devil Irish" in me, as my Mom would say, the bad blood I inherited from my dad's side. [I have no clue as to my ethnic background, I only know what I've been told and I'm pretty sure that it's a lie. None of the family (on either side, I might add) has been able to trace anything back beyond 1900, so go figure. Lots of ideas on what there *might* be but no way to prove it. Believe me, I've looked and so have some of the older cousins. Nothing. Zero. Zip. Nada. Oh well, it hardly matters now.] I went to see the aforementioned aunt in the hosptal and today she was not feeling well, claiming that her back hurts. Jeez, I could have told her that, she was doing ok but she was just too vain to accept that she needed a walker to get around. She figured an operation would fix everything; well I guess it did. She's not bouncing back like she hoped to and she's just not happy overall. It must be nice to afford all those doctor visits and tests that she's had this last year 'cause I swear she averaged at least one dcotor visit a week and sometimes as many as two or three. Guess if I had that kind of money and insurance I would too. Ok, I'm not accomplishing anything except whining so I'll go surf a little bit, see if I can't find some links to chase. Or something.
