Quick Update

Mom is in Perkins now and doing "fair". She will be reevaluated on Tuesday the 17th. I am really tired and need to update sometime soon. This particular connection is really wonky though. So... more later, I guess.

While I'm At It....

Charlene arrives Saturday, just in time for the Kool-Aid Days festival. It will be good to see her again. She'll probably stay about a week--I just hope she brings the pics of her Euro-trip this time.

Donna tried to call, it showed up on Caller ID. When I tried to return the call, her phone was "out of area." Not to worry, I'm sure she'll call back.

Budd-A-Boo to vet

Almost forgot. I took Budda (aka "Ace") on an emergency run to the vet. I just noticed as I was petting him how bad his back end looked--nasty. So I took him and Ogie (who has ear mites and needs the first batch of kitten shots) over to Clay Center. When I finally called back (naturally my cell phone acted up), I learned that he has had "allergic reactions" to food before. Was I happy to hear that! Well, not happy per se, but relieved that none of Jesse's "posse" had done something to him. I will pick him and Ogie up about 8:30am tomorrow, since I got home after 9pm tonight.
