I hope that everyone had a good time last night (I did) and that you are all recoverly nicely by now (I have). O;)

The power is back on *again*. It came on yesterday and was on part of this morning until it went out--again--just in time for the start if The Bowl Game. Um, yeah. People were pretty well upset about *that*, let me tell you. (For those of you who have teams in a Bowl Game, you know what this means. Not a pretty idea, is it?) According to the news reports, we will be experiencing rolling blackouts (something I never thought I'd experience here!) while repairs continue and that it hopefully relieve pressure on the *very* fragile power lines. I did manage to finish cooking though I will hold back on most of it until tomorrow or the next day. Weather-wise, it was lovely outside; sunshine, melting ice and snow... :)

So it's another early night for me. Back tomorrow.
