Today's Weather (and some news)

It started raining about 11pm or so last night and yeah, it's been freezing all night. Loads of ice on branches but not too bad, plus there isn't any wind. With luck, this means no snapped power lines. We shall see. (I just heard on the news that there are downed tree limbs in Hastings; downed tree limbs and also some power lines down in Kearney.) I haven't even bothered to try and start the car since I don't have any real reason to do so--it's why I tried to do everything yesterday.

The furkids are happily curled up and not moving, had to toss the kitties out to accomplish the litter box cleaning and they zoomed back to the porch as soon as I opened the door. Yeah, they know when they have it good.

I am nearly finshed w/my C-cards, they will get mailed tomorrow. Most of them are in-state though. I'm also sending out e-cards too. No other news for now. Back later on.
