Today's News and Weather Report
Nov. 16th, 2016 02:24 pmToday is going to be our last really *nice* day. Starting tomorrow, it's going to be colder and just plain yuckier all around. Then again, we are only a week from Thanksgiving, so I guess it's about time eh?
This morning I had to make an emergency vet run with my little Chihuahua. He hasn't been feeling good at all, and while there was nothing obviously wrong, he was clearly feeling "off." Because in all honesty, he is able to screech, like, well a Nazgul (which is why I named him that.) And since he has been fully living up to his name the past few days, I was beginning to wonder if I should call an exorcist instead of a vet.
But I opted for the vet, took him in his carrier, and dropped him off so they could do a more thorough exam since they already had a full schedule. And Naz, bless him, lived up to his name while *they* examined him. [vbeg] They did a set of x-rays as well and there was no sign of injury (new or old), his back/spine, legs and hips are fine and there was no sign of any 'growths' either. All they can think is that he must be allergic to something but they aren't sure what. Well, that and Chihuahuas are very thin-skinned and hyper-sensitive at best, so there is probably a little diva behavior as well.
