Still No News

It's getting colder though. Right now it's about 58 F inside the house. I also closed up the bedroom window and stuffed plastic in where the storm window has loosened from the frame; no more cold air leaking in there. Looks as if I will have to put plastic over all the windows this weekend. *sigh* I am not nearly ready for the cold. I also need to fix that clothing rod in the closet so I can get some of my winter stuff out. I've already put most of my summer clothes away for now.

Sam worked on the car; adding brake fluid and switching tires around so that I am no longer driving w/wires coming through the aforementioned tire. Damn thing is out of alignment but it would cost too much to get aligned. Meh. I manage ok, thanks to Sam. Sam is also going to see if the old yellow pickup is salvageable at all or if it's been parted out completely. It would help a lot if I could haul the brush away, even though I wouldn't dare drive it into Hastings. I need a newer pickup *bad*!

Also, I am putting stuff in sacks to donate to the Catholic Ladies; any books will go to the Hastings Library for next years book sale.

What else to do... oh yeah, got to plant those bulbs before the weekend.
