It's very a rare that they call the snow plows back in during a storm. Right now I can't quite tell if it has quit snowing much (or at all) because of the wind.

Yeah, this is a nasty one. I'm glad I've been gradually stocking up on food & other supplies all winter -- around here, you learn to *know* there will be a bad storm coming along sooner or later.

For once, you didn't get this from me. North Dakota has had very balmy weather the last week. All winter has been very mild and it makes me nervous. ;)

Last week, we had mild, balmy weather too -- in the high 40's and almost 60. Sunday was still nice but Monday was much more iffy -- and now this. Oh well.
