I have heard that about Icelanders and elves. I saw a youtube vid a while back with a very lovely and very earnest lass talking about her romantic encounter with a male elf. They are said to look much like Lee Pace's Thranduil. If that's the case, I'm heading for Iceland. LOL. Actually, I did think about making a trip there to see the northern lights -- on my bucket list -- and did a bit of research this past fall. The cost put an end to that fantasy. Cheers!

That would be so cool! I hope some day I am able to save enough money for travel.

I think the Icelandic elves must be very like the Avari, which would fit in nicely with Lee Pace's Thranduil. :)
