la_samtyrLj seems to have itself under control again, so *hopefully* I can get this posted. If anyone ever needs to find me for whatever reason, you can probably find me over at DW. I know a lot of people don't like it but at least it's another place to contact if needed. (I'm la_samtyr over there btw.) So anyway...
It's finally warmed up but there has been no spring as such -- it feels just like summer now. I am going to have the a/c put in the window this weekend because the heat bothers the furkids more than it does me. The bad part is that we are supposed to have storms this weekend. Grrrr!
Our post office is cutting its hours back even more. Until three months ago, they were open almost full time (7+ hrs.) On May 4th they went to about 5 hrs., and now, on June 3rd, they will be less than that. Plus the last collection time has been cut by almost 2 hrs. as well. I am not a happy camper by any means but at last we still *have* a post office when a lot of small towns lost theirs.
I had a routine check-up Monday and the dr. gave me an Rx for the leg cramps I have been having lately. So far so good but I really wish I was not on another Rx. My insurance keeps jacking up enough as it is -- and every time I feel 'off' and it is checked out, nothing but *nothing* is ever wrong. Which just really makes me feel so much better about myself, don't ya know?
I was going to write more but I am going to hope that lj lets me post this. ::crosses fingers:: Also, the meds makes me sleepy. Ttyl!
