It would be quite an interesting plot twist...
In order to celebrate the weekend release of Harry Potter, I changed my MSN screen name to: "Harry had always thought that his death would come at the hands of Lord Voldemort, so imagine his surprise when the Doctors told him he was HIV positive." This is a quote from a famous British comedy panel show.
Someone just came online, and said to me:
"Omg why put it in your name? I haven't even started reading it yet! You've ruined the story!"
There are absolutely no words to sum up the fact that someone actually believed that Harry Potter would contract HIV in the final instalment of the series. Absolutely no words.
